    Uno Basic and Uno[Plus], to begin your web page you must provide us with the graphic (digital files) and text (digital) to be used. Client assumes all responsibility for any material submitted to us for publishing.

    We require a deposit of one-half the total web page estimate when we receive your materials prior to the page's creation. The balance is due when the site is uploaded for review and approved by you prior to launching

    Deposit is forfeited if balance is not paid within thirty (30) days of approval. Method of payment: Check or Money Order.

    If you want us to create the graphics and text content of your page, those services are available for an additional fee. Please see our Services/Prices page for options and prices. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to hyperlink Uno Page Design at bottom of any or all pages.

    Third-Parties: We exercise no control over third-party sources, e.g., search engines, free web hosting, yahoo.com, or paid hosting up time, counters, web applets, DHTML, Scripts, etc.
