Fence or Storage ?
— perspective — |

Fences
in Disrepair
Section 27-11(b)(10)
A fence [...] must be structurally sound. It must be
capable of supporting its own weight. Fences must be
maintained upright without missing or broken pickets.

If this IS a fence "is [it] of sufficient strength
to support its own dead load and resist overturning"?
And if not a fence then perhaps a hazard? Hmm, hazardous
storage? There
are two additional 6'x8' fence sections behind the one
shown.
At any rate the make-shift "fence" remains
in a precarious position listing 12 degrees (off plumb)
being supported by the chain-link fence and reed privacy
fence compromising both.
Below doesn't read like this fence is illegal storage
- since a fence is "customarily
used" out doors.
Illegal
Storage Section 51A-4.217(b)(6) Any item that
is not customarily used or stored outside or is not
made of material that is resistant to damage or deterioration
from exposure to the outdoors cannot be placed outside
on your property. |
